Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Collection Manager to join our team at National Recovery Corp, and lead our collection floor to success. In this vital role, you will oversee the collection process, monitor a team of collection agents to ensure compliance and adherence to our company process and structure. Your expertise will help optimize revenue cycle management, improve cash flow, and uphold the highest standards of client satisfaction. Duties
- Manage and supervise the collection floor, ensuring adherence to all policies and regulations.
- Collaborate consistantly with your collection team to ensure the highest possible results.
- Utilize all tools at hand to structure your collection team's work day and results for a consistent daily return.
- Communicate professionally with your collection team and debtors to ensure an appropriate resolution on all accounts.
- Monitor collector activity, ensuring that all training opportunities are addressed and resolved without delay.
- Conduct account analysis to identify trends, resolve issues related to collector activity, and improve collection rates.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of collection efforts, account statuses, and correspondence in accordance with compliance standards.
- Communicate with senior management regarding collection trends, collector performance, and client performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years successful collection agency experience.
- Minimum 1 year proven management experience.
- Post secondary education in a relatable field.
- Technical proficiency - Windows 10, collection management software, Microsoft Office, TCN, AI.
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with customer service skills to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Solid understanding of ministry compliant collection structure.
- Effective negotiation skills to assist collectors secure payments while maintaining compliancy to all ministry regulations.
- Solid grasp of the English language, both written and oral.
- Outside of the box thinking to bring fresh new ideas to push NRC's success to a new level.
This position comes with both salary and a structured bonus plan, and is remote. The qualified individual will have a home office that is quiet, private and away from distraction to ensure that 100% of attention is provided to their role at NRC during work hours.
