Position Overview:

Key Details:

Age Criteria: 18–35 years

Qualification: Minimum Graduation

Experience: Experience: Minimum 12 months in Microfinance Institution (MFI) – freshers not eligible

Salary & Benefits:

Base Salary: ₹15,000/month + ₹4,000 Fixed Petrol Allowance

Incentives: Performance-based rewards

Additional Benefits:

Provident Fund (PF) & ESIC

Requirements:

Valid PAN Card & Driving License (mandatory)

Willingness to travel within the assigned operational area

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
