Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and a strong background in bodywork. This role involves repairing and restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Perform body repairs on vehicles, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and modifications.
• Assess damage to vehicles and provide accurate estimates for repair work.
• Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets industry standards.
• Assist in heavy lifting of parts and equipment as needed during the repair process.

Experience

• Previous experience as an Auto Body Technician or in a similar mechanic role is preferred.
• Dealership experience is a plus, providing familiarity with specific vehicle models and manufacturer standards.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various automotive issues.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive repair tasks.
• Experience with heavy lifting, ensuring safety while handling large components or equipment.
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry advancements is highly valued.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
