What You'll Do:
- Perform high-quality collision repairs on a variety of vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition.
- Utilize industry-leading tools, equipment, and techniques to complete structural and non-structural repairs.
- Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets Carstar’s quality standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 2-5 years of auto body collision repair experience required, Registered 2nd or 3rd year apprentice
- Certification: Journeyperson certification in Auto Body Repair (preferred but not required).
- Skills: Proficiency in using hand and power tools, knowledge of repair techniques, and attention to detail.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Valid driver's license
