Job Title: Command Control Center Supervisor – VISHWAS Project

Location: Patan, Gujarat

Qualification:

• BE / B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (EC) or Information Technology (IT)
• MBA (Mandatory)

Experience:

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience in large-scale ICT infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in managing Command & Control Centers / Control Centers
• Experience handling government or smart infrastructure projects preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Over all in-charge of Operation & Maintenance of the Command Control Center
• Ensure end-to-end functioning and high uptime of Control Center infrastructure
• Monitor systems, networks, and applications within the Control Center
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and government agencies
• Manage issue resolution, escalation processes, and incident handling
• Ensure compliance with defined operational and performance standards
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and performance dashboards

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Strong operational, coordination, and leadership skills
• Experience in Government / Smart City / ICT infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage critical infrastructure with high availability requirements
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
