Boutique insurance agency seeking a sharp, motivated Commercial Lines professional who is confident working with business owners and ready to strategically grow in their career.
This role is ideal for someone early in their insurance career who is organized, confident, and eager to learn. This is an opportunity to develop expertise in select lines of business and advance within a high-performing agency.
You will work directly with clients and carriers, this is a relationship-driven role — no cold calling or high-pressure sales quotas.
Responsibilities
- Service commercial insurance accounts
- Process endorsements, certificates, and policy updates
- Communicate with business owners and carriers
- Assist with renewals and account management
- Identify opportunities to round out existing accounts
- Assist referral clients, strategically growing our selective book of business
Qualifications
- Active Florida 440 or 220 license REQUIRED
- Commercial insurance experience REQUIRED
- Able to communicate professionally with business owners
- Organized, detail-oriented, and motivated
- Interest in growing within the commercial insurance field
Compensation
- Base salary (based on experience), plus aggressive comp plan - both individual and agency. Realistic first year$75k+, for someone who is knowledgeable and motivated
- Long-term career growth/advancement within the Agency
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Commercial Insurance: 1 year (Required)
- Independent Insurance Agency: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
