Home Federal Bank is looking for a Commercial/Ag Loan Officer for our Lincoln branch to continue to help our customers build their future at home. We are seeking an outgoing individual with excellent customer service skills and a strong sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with existing Home Federal Bank customers
• Make contacts with future Home Federal Bank customers to build relationships
• Acquire and originate commercial real estate and non-real estate loans
• Business development of primary target market which includes small to medium size businesses
• Market and cross sell all Home Federal Bank products and services including virtual products
• Responsible for credit management and underwriting portfolio
• Participate in the community in order to foster the relationship between the bank and community members

Skills

• 3 - 5 years of commercial lending experience
• 2 years of credit analysis exp
• A strong sales aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Organization
• Ability to multitask
• Time management
• Ability to effectively use technology

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
