Job Overview

Fresh Xpress Facility Services is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaner to service one of our client locations.

This is a part-time position with a consistent schedule. Each service takes approximately 2 hours.

Schedule

• Monday: 7:00 AM start
• Wednesday: 7:00 AM start
• Friday: 7:00 AM start
• Approximately 2 hours per service
• Approximately 6 hours per week

Applicants must be able to consistently work all three scheduled service days.

Duties

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies as needed
• Operate a commercial floor scrubber during scheduled services
• Properly use and handle cleaning chemicals
• Follow the location’s cleaning checklist and scope of work
• Maintain a clean, professional, and orderly appearance throughout the facility
• Report any maintenance issues, supply shortages, or concerns

Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred
• Experience operating a floor scrubber is strongly preferred
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision
• Ability to follow a cleaning checklist and complete all assigned duties
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, push equipment, and lift cleaning supplies throughout the shift

Pay: From $400.00 per month
