Commercial Cleaning/Janitorial Account Inspector

Jani-King of Knoxville is searching for a self motivated, driven individual for Commercial Cleaning/ Janitorial Account Inspector. This individual will work in specified territories to provide our franchisees and clients the support, training, and customer service needed to continually represent and uphold the Jani-King standard that continues to secure our ranking among the top franchise companies in the world!

*** THIS IS NOT A JANITORIAL ROLE. THIS POSITION IS AN OVERSIGHT, ACCOUNTABILITY, AND TRAINING ROLE WITHIN OUR REGIONAL OFFICE STAFF.

The right candidate will possess or has the will to learn

*Professional appearance and demeanor

*Knowledge in the commercial cleaning industry or the desire to learn all aspects of commercial cleaning (recommended, not required)

*Strong verbal and written communication skills

*Basic computing skills ( Microsoft Word, Google, ETC...)

*Confidence and ability to provide on-site training (On the job training provided)

*Customer service skills

*Background check required

*Valid Drivers License

$30-36k base salary plus commission and bonus opportunity. We are a company that strives to promote within and reward our employees for their hard work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
