Job Summary
Prior to project start, studies plans and specifications and develops strategies and procedures for construction that result in safe, efficient and high quality work.
Assist in budget and schedule preparation. Schedules crew and equipment.
Direct foreman and tradespeople. Provide leadership and training.
Ensure subcontractor compliance with Safe Work Plan and all company safety policies and standards and OSHA requirements.
Orders and schedules materials and subcontractors.
Prepare project documentation including submittals, RFIs, logs, daily reports, photos, etc.
Review contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
Plan reading, layout, record keeping and documentation
Federal construction experience required.
Experience on projects for the Army Corps of Engineers highly desired.
OSHA 30 Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
