Commercial Coordinator

Your missions:

• Respond to all requests for Meetings and Events, send out proposals, meet clients, ensure follow-up and negotiation, and contracts events through a dynamic sales approach.
• Convert prospects into loyal clients.
• Be the go-to person for clients, responding to their requests, offering great deals, and actively looking for the new business opportunities.
• Know the competition and be aware of events organized in other hotels.
• Proactively identifie customer needs and any other essential information such as budget, competition, history, etc.
• Eager to optimize revenue through a policy of yield management.
• Support the sales team during hotel visits, sales callings, in company client visit, customer events, familiarization and other events that form part of the sales & marketing activities.
• Builds strong customer relationships, visit the customer during the event and follows up sales after the event to identify future opportunities.
• Communicate effectively with the Front Office, Reservations, F&B team to ensure the smooth running of events and the profitability of the hotel.
• Take over M&E operational activities/tasks during absence of M&E colleague.
• Join and take over Sales activities during absence of Sales colleague.
