Overview
Join our team as a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Driver, driving our semi for moving equipment to onsite jobs.

Duties

• Safely operate our semi truck.
• Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary, ensuring secure and damage-free deliveries.
• Drive with precision on route driving assignments, maintaining schedules and optimizing delivery efficiency.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety, including checks on manual transmission systems and specialized equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, delivery records, and vehicle maintenance reports in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional service.
• Follow all safety protocols related to refrigerated transport, tanker operations, flatbed securing techniques, and other specialized cargo handling procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with necessary endorsements for the types of vehicles operated (e.g., tanker, flatbed).
• Proven experience in truck driving with a focus on freight delivery, route driving, or similar roles.
• Familiarity with manual transmission trucks
• Ability to load & unload freight safely using forklifts or other handling equipment when required.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving, including hours of service and vehicle inspection standards.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with dispatchers and customers effectively.
