About the DEEPWORK program

You will be a part of the PMI’s family during your 6+6 months long, full-time internship. During the program you will perceive monthly scholarship of 944€ (gross salary). You will have the opportunity to benefit from the fully paid online Master, validated and recognized by Nebrija Uinversity and Fundación Universitaria y de Empresa (FUE).

Please note that we do not sign University agreements for curricular internships, as we already sign one with the financed Masters at University of Nebrija.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You will be part of the Commercial Capability Development in Philip Morris Spain.

We are looking for a person with a creative mind, agile skills and proactiveness and people oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and creation of ways of implementation of a internal brand (graphic design).
Support program/ content adoption via training sessions (digital or F2F), sharing knowledge and on the job follow up of Commercial teams to achieve results with the highest quality and foster engagement across teams/with PMS.
Support the develop and implement high impact employee development strategies to improve the organization´s capability to drive and deliver business contemporary L&D approaches and solutions.
Support designing and deployment of customized development solutions to accelerate growth of PMI talents and address critical development needs.
Support CCD Team in Learning & Development related project involving leading external vendors, internal SME, global L&D team and LMS to leverage the most contemporary knowledge and expertise.
Co-create with design/development CCD trainings curriculum/content to ensure that it engages frontliners considering their profile/ needs/ day to day activities.
Propose and deploy engagement activities for training programs to ensure participation/content adoption.

REQUIREMENTS

You have:

Degree in Communication and Graphic Design or similar
Experience in a learning and development area is a plus
English level, at least C1
EU valid work permit
Skills in:

Excel
Powert point
Nice to have Adobe and Photoshop.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and find creative solutions to improve the consumer experience.
Project Management: Organizational skills to manage and implement consumer experience improvement projects.
Continuous Improvement: A mindset focused on continually improving the consumer experience based on feedback and data analysis.
Empathy: The ability to understand and empathize with customers' concerns and needs, providing a personalized experience.
