Seeking a highly skilled and motivated **Commercial Glazier** to join our expanding team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality glazing solutions for a diverse range of commercial projects, from office buildings and retail spaces to institutional and industrial facilities.

**Responsibilities:**

* Install various commercial glazing systems, including storefronts, curtain walls, entrances, interior partitions, and specialty glass.

* Accurately read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and specifications.

* Measure and cut glass and related materials with precision.

* Set glass into frames and secure it with appropriate sealants, gaskets, and hardware.

* Ensure installations meet project specifications, safety standards, and building codes.

* Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges efficiently.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively.

* Collaborate effectively with other tradespeople, project managers, and site supervisors.

* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

**Qualifications:**

* **Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Commercial Glazier.

* Strong knowledge of various commercial glazing systems and installation techniques.

* Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and shop drawings.

* Excellent measuring and cutting skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

* Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

* Relevant certifications (e.g., Journeyman Glazier) are an asset.

* Knowledge of Canadian building codes and safety regulations.
