About the Program

Premier Fresh Australia’s Growing You Graduate Program offers a two-year, full-time opportunity designed to launch your career in the commercial and supply chain side of the fresh produce industry.

Based across our Footscray and Epping offices, you'll gain exposure to a variety of business areas, build strong industry connections, and work alongside experienced leaders who’ll support your growth.

What you'll be doing

•
Sales support, order processing & stock management.

•
Learning how to trade, negotiate, and manage pricing strategies.

•
Reporting, analytics, and managing commercial performance metrics.

•
Building strong supplier and customer relationships.

•
Assisting with tracking equipment and supply chain traceability.

•
Working across teams to understand the full commercial landscape.

Skills and Experiences:
Who we are looking for…

Premier is now taking applications for our Growing You Graduate Program within our Commercial division.

We are seeking ambitious individuals with a genuine sense of curiosity and desire to grow their career within the dynamic fresh produce industry.

Relevant tertiary qualification in the business/supply chain/commercial (highly regarded).

•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•
A desire to learn about the company and the fresh produce industry.

•
A desire to develop a trading and commercial negotiation skillset.

•
Embrace challenges, enjoy problem solving and can manage multiple tasks.

•
A precise and careful eye for detail.

•
Flexibility to work outside of ordinary hours, including early morning starts.

•
The ability to commute between multiple work locations.
