We are looking for a Commercial Insights & Pricing Analyst to help drive sustainable growth by combining sharp commercial acumen with strong analytical expertise. This role will give you the opportunity to shape pricing strategies, uncover profitability insights, and act as a trusted partner across the business.

You will be the critical link between finance, sales and marketing, ensuring data-driven decisions that balance revenue growth, market share, and margin sustainability.

Description:
What you will do:
Develop and maintain frameworks that balance competitiveness with profitability.
Evaluate performance across products, customers, and channels, identifying opportunities for growth.
Provide dashboards, analysis, and reporting that guide strategic decisions.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance to influence negotiations and challenge assumptions.
Build models to test strategies and forecast impacts under different market conditions.
Enhance tools, policies, and processes to improve consistency and compliance.
Stay on top of trends to inform commercial positioning.

Who you will work with:
You will report directly to our FP&A Manager and collaborate widely across the business, from senior leadership to external suppliers.

Skills and Experiences:
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or equivalent a plus).
3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong financial operations knowledge; global exposure a bonus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Advanced Excel skills and Power BI expertise (preferred).
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across teams.
Flexibility for hybrid working (office-based with some remote).
