Join our dynamic team as a Vice President in Equity Trading - Delta One within Global Equities. This role offers the opportunity to develop innovative trading strategies and expand our electronic market-making capabilities. You'll be part of a team that values career growth and skill development, working on a global scale with a focus on APAC indices.


As a Vice President in Equity Trading - Delta 1 within the Global Equities team, you will play a crucial role in developing new trading strategies and expanding our electronic trading capabilities. You will work closely with a team of experts to drive the Tech and Quant agenda, enhancing our research and trading capabilities. This position offers a unique opportunity to impact the firm's trading strategies and contribute to our success in the global market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop new trading strategies through statistical analysis and signal modeling.
  • Expand electronic market-making offerings in delta one products.
  • Drive the Tech and Quant agenda for trading activities.
  • Build and maintain tools to enhance research and trading capabilities.
  • Transact on behalf of customers and JPM account Swaps, ETFs, and futures.
  • Cover indices in APAC and globally, offering short to long maturities on OTC trades.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics/statistics, or economics.
  • At least 6 years of experience in Delta One Trading or relevant experience.
  • Experience dealing with Inter-dealer brokers (IDB).
  • Experience with pricing, market making, and research of dividends.
  • Strong equity market-making background.
  • Proven track record in systematic trading.
  • Ability to refine and enhance execution platforms.
  • Good computing skills in R, Python, Java, or C#.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Previous experience covering Hong Kong, Korea, and/or Japan.
  • Deep understanding of statistics and equity markets.
