Impexx Property Services is seeking an experienced independent cleaner or cleaning company for recurring commercial kitchen cleaning in Roswell, GA. Service is required twice per month, with dates and access times coordinated in advance.

Responsibilities

• Clean and degrease kitchen floors and walls.
• Clean exterior surfaces of kitchen equipment, including accessible legs and bases.
• Clean the walk-in refrigerator floor only.
• Clean shelving as needed.
• Remove grease, grime, and buildup from designated accessible surfaces.
• Provide completion photos and promptly report any issues.

Oven interiors, other equipment interiors, and equipment disassembly are outside the standard scope.

Requirements

• Proven commercial kitchen cleaning experience.
• Current business license and general liability insurance, with proof provided before starting.
• Verifiable references from commercial cleaning clients.
• Own commercial-grade cleaning supplies, degreasers, and quality professional equipment suitable for kitchen surfaces.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling and safe cleaning practices.
• Reliable transportation and consistent availability for twice-monthly service.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable communication, and the ability to complete the full scope independently.
• Signed subcontractor agreement and completed W-9 before beginning work.

Reliability, thoroughness, and experience are essential. This is an ongoing subcontract opportunity open to qualified independent cleaning businesses and established cleaning companies.
