Valid Michigan Property & Casualty License required.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance sales or account management.

Demonstrated success in prospecting, developing, and closing new business.

Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving sales targets.

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve agency growth objectives.

Identify and cultivate new commercial client relationships through various prospecting methods.

Conduct thorough needs analyses for prospective and existing clients to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Prepare and present compelling insurance proposals and quotes.

Service and retain a portfolio of commercial accounts, acting as a primary point of contact.

Collaborate with underwriters and support staff to ensure seamless policy placement and client satisfaction.

Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and new product offerings.
