We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Maintenance Employee at our Windsor head office.
You will be responsible for all day-to-day activity at the site and maintaining all assets. A hands-on employee comfortable working with little supervision and with an understanding of chiller and boiler systems. Particularly understanding of Johnson Controls Metasys software.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigating and resolving any tenant concerns and issues
- Construction backyard, comfortable in MINOR building and repairing commercial space.
- Maintain building systems, including vendor sourcing and set up
- Electrical / plumbing experience, able to handle minor building repairs and maintenance
- We run a chiller and boiler system ... some understanding would be helpful.
- supervising contractors for landscaping and snow removal work as needed, with ability to run snow pick up if needed.
- Experience in installing and maintaining low voltage wiring systems
- Experience in working on chillers, boilers, and control access system* (Metasys software program)* recommendations and action plans in order to improve the property
Qualifications
- 2+ years as a commercial property work is an asset
- Construction and maintenance background
- Ability to work and act independently using good judgment
- Knowledge of computer-based systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
