Your Exciting Opportunity:

As our new Commercial Manager, you'll be part of an experienced management team that manage a diverse range of both customer initiated and private works on and off the Powerco network. You will be involved in improving the way we utilize our works management system to have greater visibility of job and project performance and offer and implement improvement opportunities that drive commercial results.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the integration of the systems and people that enable the visibility and delivery of commercial expectations across NPE-Tech
• Understand how we utilize our works management system, look for improvement opportunities and drive changes across the team
• Work with our suppliers to ensure we have competitive pricing every time
• Provide operational reporting on performance for management team to implement improvements
• Assist the team in the smooth implementation, process documentation and training of both new and existing business processes
• Collaborate with a passionate team to drive our company's performance and growth

• Your Ideal Skill Set:
• High degree of understanding and experience of works management systems
  
• High degree of understanding and experience of financial systems
  
• Organization and time management skills to manage conflicting priorities
  
• Superior ability to document processes and provide training and training material
  
• Excellent leader and works well within the whole NPE-Tech team
  
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving ability
• Resilient under pressure
