We’re seeking a Commercial Manager to join our senior leadership team and assume responsibility for all commercial aspects of our business, encompassing contract negotiations, risk management, pricing strategies, and stakeholder engagement.

In this pivotal role, you’ll play a key part in shaping business outcomes by providing expert commercial advice, leading contractual negotiations, and optimising financial performance. You’ll guide the business through complex commercial matters while maintaining a sharp focus on risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead contract negotiations and manage key agreements.
Advise on commercial strategy and dispute resolution.
Identify and mitigate project and tender risks.
Manage key supplier relationships.
Oversee all business and project insurance needs.
Lead annual renewals and ensure continuous coverage.
Drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

About You

We’re seeking a confident and capable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, commercial environment and can influence outcomes at the highest levels.

You’ll bring:
A degree in Law, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
At least 5 years’ experience in a senior commercial role within the civil or construction industries.
Strong contract negotiation and procurement experience.
High commercial acumen and risk management capability.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
A proactive mindset, with the ability to lead, influence, and deliver results.
