Sk9 are pleased to be partnering with a successful Specialist Construction Firm who are Headquarted in Dublin and are on the lookout for a new Commercial Manager with pan-European experience to join the firm and help with ambitious growth plans for the upcoming 12-18 months and beyond.

This role requires an ambitious, strategic, and commercially sharp candidate to spearhead successful entry into the European construction market. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer and sitting on the Senior Leadership Team, this is a pivotal leadership role with direct influence over the business’s international footprint and long-term success.

If successful, you will lead the development of European operations from the ground up – mapping target markets, building high-performing teams, securing flagship projects, and representing the company brand with integrity and authority. You will be a strategic builder, a deal-maker, and a trusted leader who can cultivate strong partnerships, lead winning bids, and manage multimillion-euro contracts in new and complex territories.

Experience Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the construction industry, ideally with pan-European exposure.
  • Proven experience launching, growing, or managing international operations and large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of securing and delivering €10M+ projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills – able to recruit, motivate, and manage high-performance teams in diverse locations.
  • Deep understanding of European construction markets, contracts, and commercial frameworks.

If you are someone with the relevant skills, background and personality to join a multimillion-euro company that is at an exciting stage of growth, then APPLY NOW!
