Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities via cold calls, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Meet with potential and existing clients (in-person/virtual) to understand needs and build rapport.
- Sales & Negotiation: Present products/services, tailor solutions, negotiate terms (price, delivery), and close deals.
- Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, secure repeat business, and identify upselling opportunities.
- Reporting & Strategy: Use CRM software to track sales, report on performance, analyze market trends, and provide feedback.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing, technical, and support teams for seamless customer experience.
- Representation: Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to promote the brand and generate leads.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Proven sales track record with targets met.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Deep understanding of products/services and market.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and digital tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
