The Business Unit (BU) Vice President, Commercial/Multi-INT, has Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility for the segment of the Sector’s business focused on the commercial and USG market. They are responsible for defining, leading and executing an actionable growth strategy for the BU, in addition to overseeing program execution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction within the BU’s portfolio. The BU VP organizes and manages a team of highly skilled individuals, handling personnel actions and supporting their continued development. Responsibilities also include support to business development activities and growing their business organically. Additional support may be required to Sector-level Growth Strategy and Corporate-level Campaigns. Oversight of company facilities (site/campus) is also required.

This role is considered a "hybrid role" with an estimated 50% of time spent on customer site and 50% at BlueHalo facilities. Occasional work from home is also allowed.

You Are Required To Have This:

  • 15 years of experience in managing complex programs, overseeing programs, and managing P&L.
  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a portfolio of business with a customer/market is desired.
  • Must have knowledge of commercial and government contracts and be capable of executing as both a prime and subcontractor.
  • Knowledge of commercial, USG and other IC customers will be important.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning; open-source and all-source analysis; cyber analysis, operations and engineering; and operational technologies for intelligence collection will be valuable.
  • An active TS/SCI clearance is required.
Salary Range: $200,000 - $275,000
The BlueHalo pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Determination of official compensation or salary relies on several factors including, but not limited to, level of position, job responsibilities, geographic location, scope of relevant work experience, educational background, certifications, contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements, alignment with local internal equity as well as alignment with market data.
