Job Duties:

• Manage all phases of commercial plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure scope accuracy
• Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company policies

Requirements:

• Commercial Plumbing Project Management / Assistant Project Management experience
• Journeyman or Masters plumbing license is a plus
• Strong knowledge of the industry
• School project management experience is a plus
• Must possess a valid unrestricted Driver's License and a reliable vehicle

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

• PM or APM: 2 years (Required)
• General Construction Plumbing: 2 years (Required)
