COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PLUMBING PROJECT MANAGER

Job Duties:
- Manage all phases of commercial plumbing construction projects from preconstruction through completion
- Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Review project drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure scope accuracy
- Review and process submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards, codes, and company policies
Requirements:
- Commercial Plumbing Project Management / Assistant Project Management experience
- Journeyman or Masters plumbing license is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the industry
- School project management experience is a plus
- Must possess a valid unrestricted Driver's License and a reliable vehicle

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year

- PM or APM: 2 years (Required)
- General Construction Plumbing: 2 years (Required)
