dnata Catering Ireland is one of the leading providers of inflight services to the worlds airline customers. We offer a comprehensive range of Inflight Catering, Onboard Retail and Logistics services across all of the Irish airports.

The Commercial Pricing Assistant supports the accurate maintenance and reconciliation of pricing data across internal systems and external platforms. This role plays a vital part in ensuring commercial integrity, enabling timely supplier payments, and supporting procurement activities such as tenders and cost tracking. It’s ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to grow within a dynamic commercial team.

Rate of Pay: 35K per year

Shift Pattern: 40 hours per week

The Role

• Ensure sales and purchase price lists are accurately maintained in the local ERP system, with timely updates reflecting supplier agreements and internal pricing strategies.
• Reconcile pricing data between customer portals and internal billing systems to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor changes in product costs and prepare regular reports to highlight trends, cost drivers, and potential impacts on pricing and profitability.
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve pricing queries and discrepancies, enabling timely and accurate invoice processing and payment.
• Identify and escalate data integrity issues related to pricing and procurement to senior management, ensuring corrective actions are taken promptly.
• Assist the Procurement Manager in coordinating supplier tenders, including data preparation, documentation, and supplier communications.

The Requirements

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to go through a 5-year background check and Garda Vetting
• Authorised to work full time in Ireland

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
