Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Interior Project Manager to oversee all phases of our commercial interior design projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of design expertise, project management skills, and a strong understanding of the construction process. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans that outline timelines, resources, and budget.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with financial constraints while maximizing value for clients.
- Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to provide updates on project status, address concerns, and incorporate feedback.
- Design Oversight: Collaborate with design teams to develop creative concepts that meet client specifications. Ensure that design solutions are practical, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with relevant codes and regulations.
- Site Management: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards. Address any issues that arise promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, meeting notes, and progress reports. Ensure all necessary approvals are obtained throughout the project.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct final inspections to ensure all work meets quality standards before client handover. Gather client feedback post-project completion for continuous improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
