The Role

This is an integral role within our bustling Hamilton commercial store that requires a highly knowledgeable people leader with strong fleet industry experience to drive our continued growth and expansion within the region. The previous Store Manager has left a strong legacy, with loyal staff who are ready for someone to lead by example and further shape the stores success. Your responsibilities will include:

• Management and profitability of products and sales
• Training and development of fleet staff
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Accurate stock management and quality control
• Ensuring best Health & Safety procedures and processes are followed

To be successful you will need:

• A full, clean NZ Driver's License
• Demonstrated experience working within the fleet, automotive and/or tyre industry
• A minimum of 2 years' previous experience working within a management role, with excellent leadership capability
• An exceptional attitude and positive approach to work
• Strong commercial acumen and business management skills
