The Role

This role is crucial to the success of our Matamata commercial store and will require a highly knowledgeable people leader with strong fleet industry experience and sound commercial acumen to help us further grow and expand within the Waikato region. This is a demanding role that will see you responsible for the following:

• Management and profitability of products and sales
• Training and development of fleet staff
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Accurate stock management and quality control
• Ensuring best Health & Safety procedures and processes are followed

To be successful you will need:

• A full, clean NZ Driver's License
• Demonstrated experience working within the fleet, automotive and/or tyre industry
• A minimum of 2 years' previous experience working within a management role, with excellent leadership capability
• Strong commercial acumen and business management skills
• A deep understanding of health and safety protocols, as well as dedication to ensuring a safe working environment
