Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent service from start to finish
• Open and manage work orders accurately
• Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding repairs and timelines
• Prepare estimates and explain recommended services
• Coordinate workflow to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Handle invoicing and payment processing

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Service Writer or Advisor (automotive or heavy truck preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic mechanical knowledge is an asset
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
