We are currently looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef / Cook to join our kitchen team and grow with us.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations (prep, cook, plate).
• Prepare ingredients for menu items (chopping, marinating, portioning, etc.).
• Cook basic menu items under supervision, following recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations at all times.
• Follow kitchen safety standards, including proper storage and labeling of food.
• Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen inventory.
• Support in cleaning duties at the end of each shift.
• Be open to learning new skills and techniques from senior team members.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of kitchen experience in a café or restaurant preferred.
• Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Flexible with work timings, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
