The Great Southern Killarney is looking looking for a passionate Commis Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow and develop their craft in a luxury hotel kitchen in the heart of Killarney.

You will work with our senior chefs across desserts, afternoon tea, restaurant service, weddings and events. No two days are the same, and there is plenty of room to learn, improve and build confidence.

We are looking for someone with energy, curiosity and pride in their work. You do not need to know everything yet - but you do need to care, take feedback and love the world of pastry.

• Previous kitchen or pastry experience is a bonus, but attitude matters most
• A willingness to learn, practise and improve
• Good organisation, cleanliness and attention to detail
