As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to help expand our client base throughout the GTA.

This is a commission-based opportunity with strong earning potential for a driven sales professional who enjoys meeting homeowners and generating new business.

Role Overview

This role focuses primarily on lead generation and booking in home consultations with homeowners. You will engage with potential clients through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and local outreach. For candidates with strong sales experience, there is also the opportunity to help close deals and earn additional commission.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and community outreach
• Introduce homeowners to our renovation services and identify potential project opportunities
• Book in-home renovation consultations with qualified prospects
• Maintain relationships with prospects and follow up on potential opportunities
• Record leads, appointments, and activity in our CRM system
• Stay informed on renovation trends and local market opportunities

Compensation

This is a commission-based role with high earning potential.

Commission Structure:

• 2-4% commission on all signed renovation contracts (depending on job size)
• Additional 2% closing bonus when the representative personally closes the sale
• Performance-based commission tiers as monthly sales increase
• This is a performance-based role. Compensation is primarily commission per qualified lead and closed job. Hourly equivalent is based on average earnings.

• Uniforms and company representation materials

Requirements

• Sales experience preferred (home renovation or construction industry is an asset)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Comfortable approaching homeowners and generating new leads
• Reliable transportation for travel throughout the GTA
