Job Overview:
CityHop is a fast-growing same-day delivery service operating in Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. We help local businesses deliver furniture, bulky items, and everyday packages without needing their own drivers.

We are looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Sales Representatives. In this role, you will connect with local businesses and introduce them to CityHop’s delivery services, helping them offer fast and reliable delivery to their customers.

This is a fully remote, contract-based position with flexible hours and unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach local businesses (furniture stores, retail shops, Facebook Marketplace sellers, etc.)
• Explain how CityHop can help them offer same-day delivery
• Onboard new businesses onto the CityHop platform
• Build relationships with business owners and maintain communication
• Follow up with leads and close new partnerships
• Provide feedback from businesses to improve CityHop services

Requirements:

• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Ability to approach and speak with business owners confidently
• Basic sales skills or willingness to learn
• Access to a phone and/or internet for outreach
• Familiarity with local businesses in Kitchener, Waterloo, or Cambridge is a plus
• Previous sales experience is an asset but not required

In this role, you’ll connect with local businesses and show them how CityHop can help them offer fast, reliable delivery without hiring their own drivers. You’ll build relationships, bring new businesses onto the platform, and earn commission for every successful partnership.

Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with no base salary. You will earn $50 CAD upfront for every business you successfully onboard, plus 10% recurring commission on the delivery revenue generated by that business. This means you continue earning as long as your onboarded businesses remain active.
