NOW HIRING – COMMISSIONED CAMPUS SECURITY OFFICERS
Location: Houston, TX 77024
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours plus 2 hours of OVERTIME
Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday & Friday 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
SET SCHEDULE WILL NOT CHANGE (if you can not work this schedule DO NOT APPLY)
License: Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security License

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a visible, professional armed security presence.
- Conduct routine interior and exterior campus patrols.
- Monitor access points and enforce campus security procedures.
- Identify and respond to security concerns and emergencies.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and effective conflict resolution.
- Communicate professionally with students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
- Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports.
- Follow established post orders, emergency procedures, and company policies.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1 consecutive year of verifiable campus or school security experience – REQUIRED.
- Active Texas Level III Commissioned Security License – REQUIRED.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and consistent work performance.
- Strong communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Professional appearance and exceptional customer service.
- Ability to conduct extended foot patrols and remain alert throughout the shift.
- Reliable transportation and availability for assigned schedules.
- Basic computer and report-writing skills.
PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must successfully complete applicable background checks, drug screening, employment verification, licensing verification, and client-specific requirements.
