The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a:
Communication Officer
Fixed-term contract of 12-month (F/M) – Start date: 1st August 2025
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Communication Officer who is passionate about social media, digital marketing and corporate communications. If you are organised, digitally savvy, and appreciate the opportunity to be both analytical and creative when building brand awareness, this might be the right job for you!
Responsibilities
- Handle the day-to-day management of LuxSE’s organic social media (LinkedIn and YouTube) by managing the social media planning, and drafting and publishing all posts as well as following up on comments and engagement.
- Suggest ideas and drive the continuous improvement of LuxSE’s digital presence.
- Plan and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn paid campaigns in a strategic and data-driven manner. Generate monthly, quarterly and yearly activity and performance reports covering social media activities, email campaigns and other communications activities.
- Monitor mentions in digital and traditional media, prepare press clippings and reports.
- Contribute to the overall content creation within the team on a range of topics linked to capital markets, sustainable finance, internal activities and other topics of relevance.
- Draft email announcements and newsletters.
- Coordinate joint communication campaigns with external parties.
- Assist with event planning and coordination.
- Liaise and actively collaborate with other in-house teams, and support in the implementation of LuxSE’s business strategy.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or other relevant field
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
Technical competencies
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for corporate use of social media and how to drive engagement across different platforms
- Experience in running paid campaigns on LinkedIn and Google Ads
- Excellent writing skills and an engaging writing style, especially in English
- Mastering different writing techniques and formats beyond social media posts, including blog posts, press releases, newsletters and articles
- Proficiency in the MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Interest in digital marketing techniques, actively following new digital marketing trends
- Experience in producing monthly activity and performance reports
Considered a plus:
- Experience from the financial industry or capital markets
- Knowledge of the Adobe pack (Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat ...)
- Photography skills

- Ability to multitask and with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Organised and stress-resistant
Language skills
- Full professional proficiency in English and French, any other language is an asset
- Strong English to French translation skills
