I.WHY THIS POSITION:
The D365 ‘HERO’ Programme is a multi-year, global transformation Programme in Finance & Operations implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 across all our regions. HERO will harmonise multiple regional ERPs existing globally, while respecting our Divisional operating models and métier specificities, to create a standardized, single global core ERP model. HERO is not just a Programme; it is a transformation building the foundation for the success of our Global business, strengthening us to embrace the growth of our future. Solution adoption of the global core model is crucial to the success of our Programme and the continuity of our businesses across our Regions, which will be driven by a strategic Change Management & Communications approach.
II. MAIN AREAS OF IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE IN THE ROLE:
The Lead, Change & Communications, based in London, will report to the Senior Manager of Change & Communications, and will be responsible for the execution of our Global Change & Communications strategy supporting the successful solution adoption of our D365 Global Core Model delivery.
Strategic Communications Development & Execution
- Develop and execute on a Strategic Communications Plan aligning with Programme Phase to support Programme awareness, solution adoption, and provide clarity on Programme updates based on appropriate stakeholders, audience and cadence
- Partner closely with Programme Workstream Leads, Regional Process Leads and Sponsors to understand and strategize on key Programme opportunities supported by key Communications strategies and tools
- Lead content planning and creation and timely maintenance of official Programme Internal Website, including maintaining a D365 Central Knowledge Hub; Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, workstream leads and content creators for dynamic and engaging website content
- Drive creation of quarterly Global Newsletter, identifying relevant and engaging features, supported by creative thinking
- Drive strategic planning and develop of Global Media Series of Programme Videos
- Partner with Global Corporate and Regional teams on communications streamlining and harmonization opportunities
- Support and design creative Communications solutions to problem solve and meet our objectives for Solution Adoption
- Establish feedback loops, such as surveys or focus groups, to gather input from users on content clarity and usefulness, and adjust Communications materials based on real-time feedback
- Oversee all Programme content quality consistency; ensure that all communications maintain a consistent tone and branding, and are clear, concise, and aligned with the strategic goals of the D365 implementation
Change Management Planning & Orchestration
- Support Senior Manager with Change Management planning and approach, including but not limited to Change Impact Assessments & Interventions, Solution Training, Change Activities, Change Readiness
- Partner closely with Programme Workstream Leads, Regional Process Leads and Sponsors to understand and strategize on key Programme opportunities supported by key Change strategies and tools
- Outline and promote the clear benefits and expected Change of this Programme to drive solution adoption, cultural shifts and successful Change Management through proactive Change Activity orchestration
- Develop and implement a wide range of Solution change activities supporting Global Change approach, including but not limited to Town Halls, organising and running engagement initiatives across levels and Regions, focusing on the Solution, new processes and expected changes in ways of working, fostering a culture of openness and collaboration around the D365 rollout
- Develop and implement mechanisms to review how well Business Change is being embedded; closely monitor Change Readiness and progress, and identify opportunities for adoption improvements and risk mitigation
Strategic Content Development
- Proactively identify and lead execution of new, modern and creative forms of delivering Programme Change & Communications to drive fresh, new ways of translating a complex, tech-based project into easy to understand narratives
- Design and produce user-centric content tailored to different user groups internal and external to the Programme, synthesizing and storytelling on complex and technical Programme relevant information
- Support Senior Manager with targeted and creative content development to support internal and external Programme goals initiatives, including tailored Corporate wide, C-Suite and Chanel leadership material
- Partner with Programme Workstream Leads to develop strategic materials to drive relevant and digestible updates and create awareness on Workstream responsibilities, milestones and progress

- Supporting a Finance & Operations Transformation engagement on a Global Scale, of critical importance to C-Suite Sponsors and the business, across multiple regions and multiple Delivery partners
- Leading and thinking innovatively of different ways to approach adoption of a new tool, leveraging insights, data, and strategic planning
- Working in a highly collaborative, complex matrix and international environment
- Collaborating and influencing across Leadership, Regions and our Global teams to bring Change and Solution Adoption insights, solutions, relevancy and depth of Strategic decisions
- Successfully prioritizing and efficiently managing multiple assignments with high level of autonomy
- Translating business strategy and complex topics into interesting, engaging and actionable conversation – supported by powerful messaging, storytelling and dialogue
- Connecting authentically and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to build meaningful relationships, influence decisions & drive cultural change
IV. WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Sound instincts and insights in identifying and addressing where strategically placed Change activity can swiftly address risks and gaps; ability to “connect-the-dots” to support business growth and culture evolution
- Strategic, critical and creative thinking, with business and culture acumen - translating business goals into actionable and meaningful Change strategies supported by impactful storytelling and communication
- Effective at managing complexity and comfortable with ambiguity, experience working in a multi-cultural, global matrix environment
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, able to work collaboratively, manage conflicts and challenges in a complex environment
- Confident and articulate presenter comfortable with interactions with stakeholders across all levels of the organization (particularly C-Suite), including the ability to adapt content and delivery for different audiences
- Strong organization skills partnered with self-motivation, with the ability to drive projects independently through a positive, proactive, curious, solution-minded and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, French written and speaking skills are celebrated
