We are seeking a Communications Partner with an internal focus to develop and support our growth at the Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies Site in Hillerød.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Communications Partner, you'll play an important role in refining and implementing our Executive and Employee communications strategies. You will work closely with different teams to ensure that our communication efforts are aligned with the corporate strategy, while also supporting leadership in delivering messages that drive our site forward and remain meaningful to our employees.
Overseeing our internal digital channels and creating compelling content will be part of your role. It’s key that we strive to ensure that the internal communications reach all colleagues, and with your help we can develop new ways of doing that.
You will be collaborating closely with global colleagues and counterparts at our other sites, to ensure that our communication efforts are synchronized and consistent across our locations. Additionally, you'll take part in planning, coordinating and communicating about internal events.
Other key tasks are:
  • Contributing to and driving projects in the Communications Team and in collaboration with key colleagues across the organization
  • Aligning with our expansion projects communications
  • Establishing a cross-functional communication network
  • Supporting communications initiatives related to our Employer Value Proposition & branding.
  • Securing Brand Consistency
  • Giving input to Space Design support & guidelines

Our Team:
Join a collaborative communication team of three, supporting our Danish site in partnership with our global colleagues.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • A degree focused on Communication, Digital Media, or Journalism from institutions like CBS, RUC, KU, ITU, KEA, or similar.
  • Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and collaboration abilities are valued over the exact degree field.
  • Strong communicator in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in strategic and supportive communication, content creation, project work, and with teamwork.
  • Ability to navigate in a growing organization and among many different stakeholders.

Our site in Hillerød, Denmark, brings together expertise, capabilities and technologies to manufacture advanced biologics. The large scale manufacturing facility has a capacity of 120,000 liters to reliably manufacture biologics for late phase and commercial use. We commenced 6 billion DKK projects to double our manufacturing capacity and to add fill finish to the site.
