Community Builder

The Role

As a Community Builder at BUFFL, you’ll play a pivotal role in growing our B2C community, with a strong focus on acquisition—particularly in the French market. Your mission is to set up scalable initiatives and partnerships that drive meaningful connections while working closely with teams like Product and Marketing to align strategies and amplify impact.

In this role, you’ll leverage existing client relationships to unlock growth opportunities and proactively seek & build new ones. You’ll craft marketing campaigns tailored toattract new herdies, while ensuring a seamless day-to-day delivery of responses in surveys, even on short notice.

Collaboration is key, as you’ll work across teams to implement tools, processes, and insights that enable rapid acquisition and efficient delivery. By fostering engagement and loyalty, you’ll lay the groundwork for a thriving, dynamic community that powers BUFFL’s growth. • A Team Player: You thrive in a team environment, eager to collaborate and brainstorm with colleagues and share ideas to enhance project outcomes (even beyond your core team).
• A Problem Solver: You are able to translate commercial challenges into actions to build our community and our partnerships.
• An Owner: You are proactive, take responsibility for your work, showing initiative and a commitment to delivering high-quality results on time.
• Digital Marketing Skills: You have basic knowledge of digital marketing to set-up and/or monitor acquisition campaigns.
• Language skills: You are fluent in French and have (a basic) knowledge of Dutch.
