Position: Community Care Assistant
Location: Chelmsford, Maldon, expanding in Braintree & Surrounding Areas.
Salary: £11.75ph weekdays, £12.25 Saturdays & £12.50 Sundays + Profit Share Plan, plus weekend/public holiday enhancements
Contract: Full-time and Part-time available

What You’ll Do:
- Provide personal care and support
- Assist with meal preparation
- Help clients with recovery at home
- Support clients in accessing the community

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
