Kinder Caring is seeking experienced, motivated, committed, and caring Support Workers to provide care to clients in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs. We have immediate work opportunities in the Ferntree Gully area working with a high-needs / complex 24 hour client with an acquired brain injury.

We are also a Registered Provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), iCare (NSW), National Injury Insurance Scheme, Queensland (NIISQ) and a Preferred Provider for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and Workcover VIC.

As a Support Worker, you’ll access client information, and document progress or hazards to ensure their safety and well-being on an easy to use APP. We have offices in Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne and the Gold Coast with dedicated teams to provide you with ongoing support.

We’re looking for people with these qualities:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Support Worker, Assistant in Nursing, Care Worker, or similar role
  • Certificate III in Aged Care/Disability or Individual Support (completed or working towards completing is highly desirable) OR studying towards a nursing qualification
  • Regular background checks (Police Check, First Aid, CPR, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance)
  • You have a current Australian Driver’s License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role

Pay: $39.00 – $45.00 per hour
