Community Liaison (Social Worker Assistant)
Location: Dublin 3, Dublin
Employment Type: Full-time, 5-day work per week
Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with social workers to address resident needs and concerns.
- Assist in creating and implementing programs that foster a sense of community among residents.
- Act as a communication bridge between residents and social services, providing support and guidance.
- Help manage resident issues related to housing, health, and well-being.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure effective resolution of resident concerns.
- Coordinate with social workers and property management to align services and solutions effectively.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with residents from diverse backgrounds.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with residents.
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in social work, community outreach, or a related field is a plus.
