What You'll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community organizations to connect patients with life-changing care.
• Champion hospice education — helping healthcare providers, patients, and families understand the benefits of comfort-focused care.
• Drive community outreach through events, presentations, and networking that expand access to hospice services.
• Partner closely with our clinical team to ensure every new patient transition is seamless and compassionate.
• Track and manage referral activity using CRM tools to maximize your impact.

What You Bring

• 1+ years of healthcare marketing experience (hospice or home health strongly preferred).
• A genuine passion for hospice philosophy and end-of-life care advocacy.
• Strong communicator and relationship-builder who thrives independently.
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
