Job Description:

HelloPrenup is seeking a passionate and engaged Community Manager to build and nurture our online community. As the Community Manager, you will be responsible for fostering meaningful relationships with our customers, fans, and followers while creating an inclusive, supportive environment where conversations about prenuptial agreements, financial planning, and relationships can thrive. The ideal candidate is a people person who loves engaging with others, creating content, and building strong communities both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to engage with HelloPrenup’s online community across various platforms, including social media, forums, and email. Respond to comments, questions, and feedback, building meaningful relationships with users.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate content to foster conversations and encourage user participation. This may include polls, Q&A sessions, webinars, user-generated content, and more.
  • Brand Advocacy: Act as the voice of HelloPrenup in the community, ensuring that all interactions align with the brand’s values and mission. Encourage users to share their stories, experiences, and feedback.
  • Online Events & Campaigns: Organize and execute online events such as webinars, live Q&A sessions, and discussions to drive engagement and create a sense of community. Promote campaigns and initiatives that highlight the benefits of prenuptial agreements.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather insights and feedback from the community to share with product, marketing, and customer success teams. Help identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improving the platform and user experience.
  • Community Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow HelloPrenup’s community, attracting new members and retaining existing ones. Encourage user-generated content and create opportunities for community members to connect and share knowledge.
  • Monitor Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, legal tech, and community management best practices. Bring fresh ideas and strategies to keep the community vibrant, inclusive, and engaged.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align community initiatives with broader business objectives, ensuring consistency in messaging and outreach efforts.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on key community metrics, including engagement rates, growth, and sentiment. Use data to continually improve community strategies and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in community management, social media management, or customer engagement, preferably within a tech, SaaS, or legal tech company.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with community members in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
  • Empathy & Active Listening: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with community members, providing support and fostering a positive environment.
  • Creativity: Creative mindset with the ability to come up with engaging content ideas that resonate with the community. Experience in creating social media posts, graphics, and other community-driven content.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve conflicts or issues within the community, providing support while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented tone.
  • Social Media Savvy: Expertise in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) and using tools for content scheduling and monitoring (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple community initiatives, events, and projects simultaneously.
  • Customer-Centric: A passion for creating positive customer experiences and helping users feel connected and supported within the community.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in legal tech, fintech, or family law topics.
  • Familiarity with online community platforms (e.g., Facebook Groups, Slack, Reddit, Discourse).
  • Knowledge of community-building tools and platforms (e.g., Memberful, Discord, Mighty Networks).
  • Event planning or coordination experience, particularly for virtual events.
