DUTIES Manually or mechanically washes and rinses dishes, glasses and silverware. Maintains proper temperature for sterilization and adds soap as needed. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Three years dishwashing experience, preferably in a dining facility.
