This position reports to the Head of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) within the Office of Human Resources and is responsible for providing support to the C&B function on a wide range of Total Rewards activities. The incumbent should be adept at working on data analytics to derive useful and actionable insights, which contribute to the development of C&B policies and programmes, in compliance with local legislations in Asia.
The role is a 12 months fixed term position, with possibility of extension/conversion.
Responsibilities:
- Design, fine-tune and implement C&B related programmes and systems, and propose new initiatives to strengthen the Company's market position in attracting, rewarding and retaining talent
- Generate and conduct data analysis, interpret results and make recommendations that support the development and maintenance of effective C&B programmes
- Manage and participate in C&B surveys, third party relationships, and conduct benchmarking where needed
- Support continuous improvement activities for C&B related processes with the larger HR team to better streamline and create more value-added activities
- Support annual compensation programmes and initiatives including annual salary and bonus review process, and annual reward budgeting process
- Manage, review and propose changes to employee benefits programmes, including annual insurance renewals and medical benefits to maintain market competitiveness
- Support adhoc C&B projects
- Provide consultative advice to HR business partners and reporting managers where necessary on C&B matters
- Assist in other C&B matters, where required
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- At least 8 years of professional background as either a Rewards Specialist and/or HR Generalist
- Familiar with market surveys and market data
- Experience in job evaluation methodology and job families
- Ability to interact with a range of key stakeholders
- Possess operational, interpersonal, project management and vendor management skills
- Attention to detail
