Compliance Executive – U.S.A Logistics (Night Shifts)

We are hiring a Compliance Executive to support our US-based 3PL logistics operations. This role ensures that carriers, shipments, and internal processes follow U.S. transportation and regulatory standards. Freshers with good learning ability and experienced candidates in logistics compliance are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and maintain carrier compliance documents (MC, DOT, insurance, W9, etc.)
• Monitor carrier safety ratings and FMCSA records
• Verify shipment and billing documents (BOLs, PODs, invoices)
• Maintain compliance files and digital records
• Support audits, claims, and customer compliance requests
• Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and sales teams
• Report compliance risks and help resolve issues
• Stay updated on U.S. trucking and logistics regulations

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers willing to learn U.S. logistics & compliance
• Experienced professionals in US 3PL, freight brokerage, or trucking compliance
• Graduates in commerce, logistics or business preferred
• Good communication and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
