Compliance Quality Pm Ii, R&C Quality

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years experience in Compliance/AML, risk or assurance functions
• Proven ability to lead a team
• Working knowledge of financial institutions, money service business, and/or banking compliance in EU, including knowledge of anti-money laundering, credit compliance and consumer protection, data protection, anti-corruption regulations
• Strong problem solving and operational process skills and attention to detail
• High energy and creativity, an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to work in a fast growth and changing environment
• Ability to work within a matrixed environment and cross functionally with operations and technology functions

The Account Compliance Quality team is looking for a Program Manager to support with defect reduction across all functions under Account Compliance Quality.
This Program Manager role will be responsible for identifying key defect drivers and working with GPO, Training and Operations to implement solutions to reduce recurring defects.
The Account Compliance Quality Program Manager will be an independent and proven leader, with effective problem-solving skills. The role requires significant experience in interpreting complex data and providing context and assurance to senior stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

• Works with GPO, Training and Operations to identify and reduce recurring defects.
• Reports on key defect drivers to Account Compliance stakeholders and tracks solutions to ensure they are implemented effectively and within agreed upon timelines.
• Provides Account Compliance Quality inputs for training materials, SOPs and guides.

• CAMS Certification or other Compliance certification such as CRCM or CRP
