Overview

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail‑driven Tax Compliance Representative to support our company’s adherence to federal, state, tax regulations. Your work will directly contribute to minimizing risk and maintaining our reputation for accuracy and integrity.

Shift Hours are:

8:30 am-4:30 pm EST

or

4:00 pm - 11:59 pm EST

You MUST Have weekend availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Review reports and tax documentation in accordance with applicable laws and deadlines.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and assist in updating internal processes to maintain compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of tax filings, payments, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary data for tax reporting.
• Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Support the development and communication of tax compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in tax compliance, accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Required Proficiency with tax software and Google Suites.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of integrity and commitment to accuracy.

• Privacy Screens for computers are Required and Non-Negotiable

Pay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
